Each client is displayed with key information at a glance:Client Health Score: Ranges from 0-100, with red (0-40), yellow (41-70), and green (71-100) indicating risk levels.
- Sentiment Score: Overall relationship health
- Last Interaction: Most recent touchpoint
- MRR: Monthly recurring revenue
- Renewal Date: Next contract milestone
- CSM Owner: Assigned customer success manager

If you’re a CS Professional, you only see clients assigned to you. Directors and Leadership see the full portfolio. Check with your admin if assignments need adjusting.
