Available Integrations

Stanna integrates with your existing tools. Interactions are tracked, analyzed for sentiment, and used by Lars AI to provide insights.

How Integrations Work

Data Sync Process

  1. Initial Connection: Authenticate with your external tool
  2. Permission Setup: Grant Stanna access to relevant data
  3. Historical Import: Sync existing data (up to 2 years)
  4. Ongoing Sync: Automatic updates every 15-30 minutes
  5. Real-time Updates: Critical events sync immediately

Data Mapping

Stanna automatically maps common fields but allows customization for unique setups.
Standard field mapping:
  • Company Name → Client Name
  • Domain/Website → Client Domain
  • Deal Value → MRR Amount
  • Close Date → Renewal Date
  • Contact Owner → CSM Owner

Integration Benefits

Automated data entry:
  • Client interactions appear automatically
  • Tasks created from email threads
  • Meeting notes imported from calendar
Complete timeline:
  • All touchpoints in one place
  • Historical context for every client
  • Sentiment tracking across channels
Performance analytics:
  • Response time metrics
  • Client engagement patterns
  • Revenue pipeline accuracy
  • Revenue risk identification

Setting Up Integrations

Prerequisites

Before connecting integrations:
  • Admin access to the external tool
  • Clear understanding of data you want to sync
  • Team consensus on field mapping
  • Backup of existing data (recommended)

General Setup Process

1

Navigate to Integrations

Go to SettingsIntegrations in Stanna
2

Choose Integration

Click Connect next to your desired integration
3

Authenticate

Log in to your external account and grant permissions
4

Configure Mapping

Review and adjust field mappings as needed
5

Start Sync

Begin initial data import and monitor progress

Best Practices

  • Start with one integration to understand the process
  • Test with small data sets before full sync
  • Document custom mappings for team reference
  • Monitor initial sync for any data inconsistencies
  • Train team on new data sources and workflows

Data Quality & Management

Ensuring Clean Data

Company matching by domain:
  • Stanna matches companies primarily by domain
  • Clean up domain variations (www, subdomains) in source systems
  • Use merge tools for any duplicates that slip through
Contact deduplication:
  • Multiple contacts per company are preserved
  • Email addresses used for contact matching
  • Manual merge available for edge cases
Automatic validation:
  • Invalid email formats flagged
  • Missing required fields highlighted
  • Unusual data patterns reported
Manual review process:
  • Weekly data quality reports
  • Flagged records for human review
  • Bulk correction tools available
Sync timeframe:
  • Default: 2 years of historical data
  • Configurable: 6 months to 5 years
  • Selective sync: Choose specific data types
Performance impact:
  • Large syncs may take several hours
  • Background processing doesn’t affect usage
  • Progress tracking available in settings

Managing Data Conflicts

When data conflicts arise between systems:
  1. Source priority: Configure which system is authoritative for each field
  2. Manual override: Always possible for individual records
  3. Conflict reports: Weekly summaries of discrepancies
  4. Sync preferences: Choose merge behavior for specific scenarios

Integration Troubleshooting

Common Issues

Causes:
  • API credentials expired
  • Permissions revoked in source system
  • Network connectivity issues
Solutions:
  1. Click “Reconnect” in integration settings
  2. Verify account permissions haven’t changed
  3. Check for any recent password/security changes
Immediate checks:
  1. Verify last sync time in integration dashboard
  2. Check sync status for any error messages
  3. Confirm data exists in source system
Troubleshooting steps:
  1. Trigger manual sync
  2. Review error logs if available
  3. Test with a single record
  4. Contact support with specific examples
Field mapping issues:
  1. Review field mapping in integration settings
  2. Check data format in source system
  3. Look for custom fields or naming conflicts
Correction process:
  1. Fix mapping configuration
  2. Re-sync affected data
  3. Manually correct any persistent issues

Security & Permissions

Data Access

  • Read-only access: Stanna never modifies data in connected systems
