# First Login Guide

> Navigate Stanna like a pro from day one

## Accessing Stanna

1. Go to [app.gostanna.com](https://app.gostanna.com)
2. Enter your email and password
3. If you're part of multiple workspaces, select the appropriate one

## Your First Dashboard View

When you first log in, you'll see your personalized dashboard with:

* **Client Portfolio**: Your assigned clients and portfolio health
* **Tasks Due**: Upcoming actions and follow-ups
* **Recent Interactions**: Latest client communications
* **At-Risk Alerts**: Clients requiring immediate attention
* **Key Metrics**: Health scores, MRR trends, and renewal tracking

## Navigation Basics

### Main Navigation

* **Dashboard**: Your personalized home view
* **Clients**: Complete client directory and management
* **Tasks**: Action items and follow-ups
* **Insights**: Analytics and reporting
* **Integrations**: Connected tools and data sources
* **Settings**: Account and workspace configuration

### Quick Actions

Look for these shortcuts throughout the interface:

* **⌘K** (Ctrl+K): Open command palette for quick navigation
* **New Task**: Plus button to create tasks
* **Search**: Find clients, interactions, or data quickly

## Understanding Client Cards

Each client is displayed with key information at a glance:

* **Sentiment Score**: Overall relationship health
* **Last Interaction**: Most recent touchpoint

* **Renewal Date**: Next contract milestone
* **CSM Owner**: Assigned customer success manager

## Setting Up Your Preferences

## Common First-Day Questions

    If you're a CS Professional, you only see clients assigned to you. Directors and Leadership see the full portfolio. Check with your admin if assignments need adjusting.

    Most integrations sync every 15-30 minutes. You can manually trigger a sync in Settings > Integrations if needed.

  <Accordion title="What if sentiment scores seem wrong?">
    Sentiment analysis improves over time. You can manually adjust scores and provide feedback to help the AI learn your business context.
